About Grit Coaching Group LLC
Our Story
At Grit Coaching Group LLC, our story began with a curiosity of how we learn, how our brain absorbs information from early childhood to adulthood, and a desire to reach all types of learners. From meager beginnings teaching in early childhood classrooms, to training adults in classrooms and boardrooms on leadership, team-building, problem-solving, thought leadership, and communication styles, the work became the passion. The goal we seek today, is to be of service by consulting and providing a commitment to excellence in schools and businesses alike in several areas.
Our Services and Approach
We offer a variety of consulting services at Grit Coaching Group LLC. Certified in multiple communication assessment protocols, like DISC, Enneagram, Emotional Intelligence, and more, the foundation of our work is to support leaders in businesses and schools, alike. Our goal is to guide in ways we become cohesive thought leaders, by understanding communication styles, and playing to the strengths of our team members. Based on our educational experience, we are also able to consult with schools on topics of literacy, SEL, growth mindset, testing strategies, and so much more. We offer the ability to meet exclusively online, or in person.
